3. Consideration and possible action to authorize one-time variance from Subdivision Regulations to divide property on Sempronius Road in Precinct 1.

4. Consideration and possible action to authorize one-time variance from Subdivision Regulations to divide 1 acre out of 4 acres on Meier Road in Precinct 3.

5. Consideration and possible action to approve changes to Transportation Infrastructure Project list and Certification 1 form related to Contract #CTIF-01-00S.
