3. Consideration and possible action to authorize one-time variance from Subdivision Regulations to divide 1.761 acres into Parcel 1 – 1.2 acres and Parcel 2 – 0.561 acre on Sikes Road in Precinct 1.
4. Consideration and possible action to authorize one-time variance from Subdivision Regulations to subdivide 4 acres out of 33 acres on Scranton Grove in Precinct 2.
5. Consideration and possible action to add Josey Road as a new private road for 911 Road Map in Precinct 4.
6. Consideration and possible action to select Way Service, Ltd. (“Way”) for an Energy Professional Services Contract pursuant to The Interlocal Purchasing System. Authority for such services is granted under Texas Government Code Sections 791.001 et seq as amended. Way is a pre-approved vendor under Contract No. 2032714 with The Interlocal Purchasing System for Energy Professional Services.
7. Consideration and possible action to enter into a Letter of Intent with Way Service, Ltd. (“Way”) for an Energy Professional Services Contract.
