The Austin County Commissioners Court met Monday August 8, 2016 at 9 AM to discuss county business.  The following video is of those proceedings.

2. Consideration and possible action to adopt Resolution transferring duties of JP #4, as local registrar and all birth and death records in possession to the Austin County Clerk’s Office, as prescribed by the section 191.023 of the Texas Health and Safety Code.

3. Consideration and possible action to authorize one-time variance from Subdivision Regulations to subdivide property on Bartlett Road in Precinct 4.
