Less than one week after advising Americans that wearing two or even three masks would be โmore effectiveโ against the spread of coronavirus, Dr Fauci has done a complete 180 and admitted that there is no data to suggest it will make any difference.
After Fauciย made the commentsย last week, the media began to push the idea that two masks wasnโt enough, and that peopleย need to wear three, or evenย four masks.
However, during an interview at the weekend, Fauci completely contradicted his own comments from the previous week.

Fauci has flip-flopped on masks, having originally saidย thatย โthereโs no reason to be walking around with a mask,โย and that they are little more than symbolic.
But, later Fauci fully embraced the masks and stated that they โneed to stay onโย until everyone is vaccinated.ย So, what is the average person receiving these mixed signals to do?ย Maybe the best course of action is to follow the adage “You Do You“.
