The New Ulm Volunteer Fire Department invited the public to come and tour their new station with an open house celebration on January 13th from 1-5pm. Visitors were allowed to tour the entire station and ask questions of staff. Free hot dogs, hamburgers and chips were being served. Special guest Smokey The Bear was on hand for pictures as well as coloring books and information for both kids and adults on fire safety.
