Job Summary
The Falls Texas is hiring for both servers and bartenders. We are a semi- private club offering a fine dining experience to our members but also have a casual restaurant and bar open to the public. We are looking for energetic, passionate individuals that are service oriented and bring a positive attitude and state of mind to fill these positions.
We are guaranteeing servers a minimum of $20 per hour (with tips) and guaranteeing bartenders a minimum of $24 per hour (with tips). We also offer health care benefits and paid time off for those who qualify.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time. Shifts: Day shift and night shift available.
Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Requirements:
- Some bar or restaurant experience is preferred, not required.
- Basic knowledge of wines / sprits / beer is preferred, not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
- Must be a self-starter who takes initiative without being managed.
- MUST have a positive attitude and be a servant leader.
- MUST have availability on nights and weekends.
