Store Manager Responsibilities
As a Store Manager with WCTractor, you will be responsible for all operational and team management aspects of our Sealy Kubota store. Your primary duties will include driving sales and profit, fostering customer loyalty, and maintaining WCTractors high standards while leading and supporting an established team of professionals.
Key responsibilities include:
• Driving top-line sales, managing profit/loss, and creating a culture of exceptional customer service
• Building and leading the store team, including hiring, training, development, and succession planning
• Managing daily operations such as inventory control, pricing, promotional activities, and loss prevention
• Ensuring compliance with all WCTractor standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures
Store Manager Qualifications
To be considered for this urgent opening, candidates should have:
• A Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
• At least two years of retail leadership experience, with a strong preference for experience in farming, ranching, or agriculture
• Extensive customer service experience
• Proficiency with computer systems
• The ability to stand for up to eight hours at a time
