Job Summary
As a Line Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of production line workers in a manufacturing facility. Your role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of the assembly line and maintaining quality standards. This is a non-climate controlled working environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise assembly line workers to meet production goals
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Train new employees on assembly line procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during production
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow
- Inspect finished products for quality control
Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Familiarity with operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot machinery
- Ability to fabricate and assemble components
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
