On June 2, 2015 at 11:05 AM, Austin County Sheriffโs Special Response Team and ย Austin County Sheriffโs Office Narcotics Investigators along with the Wallis Police Department executed a narcotics search warrant at 6538 Railroad Street, Wallis Texas.
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย As a result of the search warrant, crack cocaine, Alprazolam ER, marijuana, crack pipes, digital weighing scale and other miscellaneous drug paraphernalia were found. Three persons were arrested and charged.
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Michael Steven Lagas, age 39, is charged with possession of a controlled substance PG1=>4 grams<200 grams, felony 2, tampering with or fabricating evidence, felony 3, possession of controlled substance PG3<28 grams, class A, with bonds at $100,000, $50,000, $20,000.
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Amanda Dille, age 33, is charged with possession of a controlled substance PGI=>4 grams<200 grams, felony 2,possession of controlled substance PG3<28 grams, class A, with bonds at $100,000 and $20,000.
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Kevin Linares, age 23, is charged with possession of a controlled substance PG1=>4 grams<200 grams, felony 2, possession of a controlled substance PG3<28 grams, class A, possession of marijuana<2 ounces, class B, with bonds at $100,000, $1,000 and $20,000.
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย All three persons were transported to the Austin County Jail and booked in.
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย All evidence was collected, seized and stored at the Austin County Sheriffโs Office evidence lockup.
