The Cat Spring Agricultural Society is Texas’ oldest agricultural society, started June 7, 1856 by 40 charter members for the purpose of agricultural education. They built their hall to give an area to meet and learn.
Today the society continues to support its roots in agricultural education, as well as building fellowship within the community that it serves.
