The Sealy Tiger Golf Team had a successful outing at Pecan Lakes in Navasota, where they took first place in the boys’ division with a combined score of 316. The team’s top performer was Colby Nedd, who came in second overall with a score of 78.

Jackson Burttschell secured the third place spot with a 79, winning a playoff against teammate Garret Nedd, who also shot a 79. Ethan Doyle was close behind with a score of 80. Parker DeBerry had a personal best of 102.

The boys played a great round of golf and have a lot to be proud of. Their hard work and dedication paid off in this tournament, and they are looking forward to their next match on January 30th, at their home course of Stephen F. Austin. The team would love to have support from the community, and encourage anyone who is interested to come out and cheer them on.
