On Monday afternoon, Sealy Police Department Patrol Officer Torres conducted a successful narcotics investigation in the 700 block of Roosevelt. The operation resulted in the arrest of two male subjects for multiple narcotics charges.

During the investigation, approximately 427 grams of Ecstasy, 96 grams of Adderall, 5 grams of suspected Fentanyl, and 2 grams of Cocaine were seized. Additionally, a 9mm handgun was also confiscated.

The incident is particularly concerning as it occurred less than 1000 feet from a school, resulting in enhanced charges due to the area being a drug-free zone.

The identity of the suspects has not been released, pending further investigation. The Sealy Police Department has commended Officer Torres for his diligent work in conducting the successful operation and removing these dangerous drugs from the community.

This incident serves as a reminder of the ongoing efforts by law enforcement to combat the illegal drug trade and protect the safety of our communities. The Sealy Police Department urges anyone with information about drug-related activity in their area to come forward and report it to the authorities.

The case is ongoing and further information will be released as it becomes available.
