A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SEALY, TEXAS FINDING THAT CENTERPOINT ENERGY HOUSTON ELECTRIC, LLC’S APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL TO AMEND ITS DISTRIBUTION COST RECOVERY FACTOR PURSUANT TO 16 TEX. ADMIN.
