Newman’s Bakery Robbery Suspects Still At Large
The Bellville Police Department released the following information via their Facebook Page:
At approximately 4PM yesterday afternoon, 3 subjects entered Newman’s Bakery and took a safe while no one was watching. The subjects then ran out of the bakery and fled away in a white Infiniti. Waller Police Department attempted to stop the vehicle, which led to a pursuit involving Waller County Sheriff’s Office and DPS as well. While in pursuit, the safe was thrown from the Infiniti out onto the access road of State Hwy 290 East. Soon after, the vehicle was involved in a 3 car crash near the 99 overpass on Hwy 290. The driver of the vehicle was apprehended without injury, and was identified as Anthony Naceanceno Jr (22) of Pasadena, TX. The other two suspects fled on foot into a large wooded area. An aerial and ground search was conducted by a DPS helicopter and a Harris County K-9, but the suspects are still at large. A third party occupant, involved in the car crash, was transported to a nearby hospital. Naceanceno was booked into the Austin County Jail. We are asking anyone that may have information as to who the other suspects may be to contact Austin County Crime Stoppers at 979-865-2949. Thank you.
