The Faith Academy Knights Varsity boys basketball team took on the Bears of The Connection School on January 12 in a highly competitive matchup. The game was a nail-biter, with both teams playing their hearts out, but ultimately going into overtime. Unfortunately, the Knights fell to the Bears by a slim margin, with a final score of 39-42.

Freshman Christian Pillow shined for the Knights, earning player of the game honors with a total of 12 points and 5 assists. The Knights as a whole put up 39 points, 11 assists, 5 steals, and 15 rebounds, but unfortunately had 13 turnovers.

The Knights will look to bounce back and come out on top in their next game on January 19 against the Tribe. With a determined mindset and a solid game plan, the Knights are sure to give their opponents a run for their money.
