Position Title:ย Senior Technical Sales Representative โ€“ South

Location:ย Based out of DFW or Houston, TX

Territory:ย TX focus, LA, OK, AR

  • Predominant travel between DFW, Houston, and San Antonio

Primary Job Focus:ย Sales growth/market development, customer relationships management, technical support, and product promotion for Krete Industries

Krete Industries is looking for an ambitious, self-driven, experienced B2B salesperson ready to take on a high-potential territory for Kreteโ€™s leading products. Ideally, this Senior Technical Sales Representative will have a strong chemistry and/or concrete technology background to drive sales growth and provide technical support throughout the Southern US, focusing on Texas.

This role requires strong sales ability, the ability to build relationships, troubleshoot field and production issues, building sales funnels/using CRM, and delivering value-driven solutions. The Senior TSR will work closely with customers, Krete production, applications lab, and leadership to ensure customer success and provide the high-quality solutions Krete is known for.

Tasks:

Travel extensively throughout territory to drive sales growth and customer success

Conduct regular customer visits and plant trials

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute admixture trials
  • Collect trial data and collaborate with technical team
  • Educate plant personnel on concrete technology and best practices

Maintain accurate and timely records of interactions, opportunities, and project activity in CRM

Develop and manage a sales pipeline

Serve as a trusted technical resource for customers throughout territory

  • Deliver technical presentations/training
  • Best practice sharing
  • Field troubleshooting

Calibrate and service dispensers and dispensing systems

Responsibilities:

Generate new revenue to meet sales targets

Maintain existing customer base and portfolio

Troubleshooting customer issues

Relay information to lab

Detailed record-keeping

Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles
  • Comfortable being a primary contact for the territory
  • Comfortable interfacing/troubleshooting with customers directly
  • Valid Driverโ€™s License

Preferred:

  • BSc in Chemistry or relevant field
  • Advanced CRM user
  • Experience in concrete admixture or equipment sale

Compensation & Benefits offered:

Competitive base salary based on experience

Uncapped commission structure

Separate commission opportunities for:

  • New business development ("Hunting") activities
  • Existing account growth and retention ("Farming") activities
