What You’ll Do

• Help customers find the perfect RV, tractor, UTV, or equipment for their needs
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients
• Follow up consistently and go the extra mile to deliver a top-tier customer experience
• Learn product knowledge and sales strategies through our paid training program
• Turn opportunities into big paydays through a high-commission structure

What We’re Looking For

• Motivated individuals who want to earn large paychecks, not just hourly wages
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Willingness to learn (no experience required—we’ll train you)
• Competitive, goal-oriented attitude

• Fluent in Spanish is a plus!

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
