Frito Lay is hiring for Inventory Control Associate
Work Schedule:
• Regularly, with a frequency of 4-5 days a week
• Averaging out the time span, people put in roughly 25 hours per week

The production of our well-known snacks, such as Classic Lay's, Cheetos, and Doritos, in one of our manufacturing facilities requires the talents of Frito-Lay Inventory Control Associate. You will be responsible for various warehouse duties. This employment opportunity may lead to long-term career paths within PepsiCo, our parent corporation.
Work Environment:
• Plan to be standing or moving about for approximately 90% to 95% of your shift in this physically taxing job
• With expanse being a key feature, prevailing levels of noise in the environment can be expected to be high
• Seasonal and weather variations may have a negative impact on work environments due to restricted temperature control in indoor settings
Key Responsibilities:
• Transferring pallets and individual cases between trailers and storage areas
• Collect unoccupied pallet slats and relocate them to a storage room for safekeeping
• Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology
• Operating a forklift requires skilled and responsible individuals who have completed the certification process to ensure safe operations
• Freight can be loaded onto truck trailers using carts or by placing the cases directly on the floor, both of which are effective methods
• The obligation given involves obtaining and distributing products and participating in the weekly stock count
• To promote cleanliness and sanitation in a facility, a variety of tasks, such as sweeping floors, cleaning trailers, and disposing of garbage, should be conducted
• Have the ability to move and lift items weighing anywhere from 15 to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable adjustments
Minimum Requirements:
• Being 18 years or older is a requirement for many jobs, activities, and responsibilities
• Those who possess the ability to work on weekends, holidays, and off-shifts often possess a strong work ethic and dedication to their job
• Possessing the aptitude to raise items weighing 15 to 50 pounds, with or without suitable adjustments
• Competence to stand and walk for extended stretches, with or without reasonable accommodations
• The tasks associated with this position demand an individual capable of extending and contracting their body to reach any area required. The applicant should be able to do this for a substantial amount of time with or without adjustments made to the work environment
• The ability to lift, carry, transport, push, pull, and control merchandise repeatedly, whether or not reasonable adjustments are necessary, is highly essential for this role
• Willingness to undertake duties that involve working at heights, using specialized equipment like ladders and lifts to access different portions of the facility
• Possessing the ability and willingness to perform in conditions that could involve high heat, humidity, hazardous equipment, and slippery surfaces
Training and Development:
• To fully understand and comply with OSHA, FDA, and FSMA requirements, employees must undertake comprehensive training to gain awareness of these regulatory bodies' rules and policies
• Top performers are required to undergo training on how to safely operate a forklift to ensure workplace safety
