Nail Technician Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nail care and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. Your expertise in various techniques and trends will help enhance the overall client experience.

Duties

• Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in accordance with health regulations.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate services.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments.
• Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients throughout their visit.
• Collaborate with other beauty professionals to create a cohesive service offering.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Familiarity with color theory to assist clients in selecting appropriate shades for their nails.
• A valid cosmetology/manicurist license or certification as required by state regulations.
