The FALCON Center consistently attempts to provide the best, most updated, research-based, and proven modalities to help its members reach their greatest learning potential. The FALCON program wants its members to grow and challenge their minds and bodies. The center uses the latest techniques of neurodevelopment. FALCON Staff members are here to faithfully serve school and community members. The ideal EEC FALCON staff member will need to have a range of mobility and skills to be able to teach and test each of the students they work with according to the neuro-development training. The school will train each member of this program to apply the correct techniques in both an individual setting and a group setting depending on the program. This staff member will be working with a wide range of ages from EEC through High School. A background in Early Education or Childhood Development would be beneficial for the EEC FALCON role. Responsibilities: ● Undergo extensive training on research based methods and modalities to facilitate neurodevelopment across a range of ages ● Facilitate group sessions with students of various ages ranging from 12 months to 5 years old ● Work as a team to ensure that all students receive daily sessions ● Collaborate with peers on action plans for individual students ● Follow designated daily plans as directed by the FALCON administration ● Communicate with teachers regarding student progress, challenges, and opportunities for growth Requirements: ● Must be 18 years of age; background in Early Education or Childhood Development preferred ● Ability to communicate effectively with peers, students, and parents ● Willing to undergo extensive training in developmental reflexes and rhythmic movement training ● Ability to practice repeated movements and stand for extended periods of time ● Agree with the school’s Mission, Philosophy, and Statement of Faith
