Job Type: Part-Time (1-2 days per week – flexible schedule)
Compensation: Highly competitive daily guarantee + production bonus (Add minimum salary)

Katy Kids Dentist is a well-established, doctor-led pediatric dental practice in Katy, Texas, seeking a compassionate and skilled Part-Time Associate Pediatric Dentist to join our aviation-themed office. We provide exceptional care for infants, children, teens, and patients with special needs in a warm, positive, and fun environment designed just for kids.

Our practice features:

• Child-oriented office with a unique “aviation” theme that helps kids feel excited about their visits
• Sedation dentistry capabilities
• Experienced, friendly team with low turnover
• Strong emphasis on preventive care, behavior management, and building lifelong healthy smiles
• Two experienced pediatric dentists: Dr. Kathy Ko (Board-Certified) and Dr. R.W. Hollenberg (Board-Certified, practicing in Katy since 1983)

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality pediatric dental care (preventive, restorative, crowns, basic oral surgery)
• Provide compassionate care using nitrous oxide and sedation options when needed
• Create positive dental experiences for children and build trust with parents
• Work collaboratively in a supportive, team-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry Residency (preferred)
• Texas Dental License (active or eligibility to obtain)
• Nitrous Oxide and Sedation permit (or willingness to obtain)
• Board certification or board-eligible (a plus)
• Energetic, patient, and excellent with kids and parents
• Team player who values a fun, positive office culture
