Alexus Morgan was crowned Faith Academy’s 2016 Homecoming queen Friday night.  Lexi, the daughter of Bret Morgan and granddaughter of Joan Taylor, was very surprised as she was crowned by last year’s queen, Alex Newcomb.

Currently the Vice President of FFA, Lexi is also a member of National Honor Society and the Varsity Cheer Team.  She was named most photogenic and most likely to make someone laugh.

Outside of school Lexi loves spending time with her friends and family.   After graduation, Lexi plans to attend Sam Houston State University where she will pursue a degree in nursing.

Pictured with our queen is 2016 Homecoming King, Will Woods. Will, the son of Dr. and Mrs. G. William Woods, was crowned during our pep rally on Friday.   Will serves as President of Student Council and is a member of the National Honor Society as well as the Varsity Knights Football team.  Outside of school Will enjoys helping with the family cattle business.  He also enjoys hunting and spending time with friends.  After graduating Will plans to attend Texas A&M to pursue a degree in Entrepreneurship.
