The City of Industry’s park improvement project is well underway, with visible progress taking shape across the grounds. Although the work has taken a bit longer than initially planned, city officials emphasize that the enhancements will provide lasting benefits for residents and visitors alike.

The project began on October 6 and was originally expected to conclude by October 14, weather permitting. Construction has taken a little longer than anticipated, and the city asks patrons to remain patient as work continues. The City of Industry’s park improvement project includes reconstruction of the parking lot and driveway, along with the addition of a new sidewalk leading to the pickleball court. These updates are designed to improve safety, convenience, and accessibility throughout the park.

During construction, the children’s playground, restrooms, and walking trail remain open for public use, ensuring the community can still enjoy the park while upgrades are underway. Parking is temporarily available along the sides of the park.

These improvements reflect the city’s ongoing commitment to maintaining and enhancing public spaces. Once completed, visitors can look forward to a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming park that supports recreation, community gatherings, and outdoor activities for years to come.

The City of Industry appreciates residents’ patience and cooperation during this project and encourages everyone to observe safety signs and barricades while construction is in progress.
