Bellville Police Department Announces Officer Promotion and Addition of K-9 Unit

The Bellville Police Department announced the promotion of Sgt. Kevin Bellville to the level of Detective at tonight’s Bellville City Council Meeting.  They also introduced their newest addition to the department; Officer Jeremy Davis, and his K-9 Rocky.  The addition of an experienced K-9 unit will allow the department to serve the area better and deter criminal activity.  Officer Davis and Rocky come to the department from the Montgomery County Constables Office. They have worked together as a team for the past 5 years.
