Bellville Junior High School is excited to host its 3rd Annual Career Day on Wednesday, February 19th, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This engaging event aims to expose students to a variety of career paths before they begin high school, helping them make informed decisions about their educational and career pathways.
The school is currently seeking professionals from all fields to volunteer as presenters for the day. Presenters will have the opportunity to share insights about their professions during seven 25-minute sessions, each accommodating no more than 20 students. Students will sign up for the sessions that interest them, ensuring a highly engaged and motivated audience.

Tentative Event Schedule
9:00–9:20 AM: Refreshments and welcome
9:20–9:30 AM: Setup in designated classrooms
9:35 AM: First session begins
One-hour lunch break (catered meal provided by a local restaurant)
2:00 PM: Last session concludes

BJHS is particularly interested in showcasing a wide range of careers. Past presenters have included professionals in law enforcement, education, engineering, real estate, emergency management, physical therapy, and more. As of Wednesday, January 8, 2025, twelve more presenters are needed. All professions are welcome to apply.
