The Austin County Commissioners Court held a public hearing concerning the upcoming data center and BESS that are slated to come to Austin County. The focus of the meeting was on the moratorium the county was proposing. The meeting was primarily focused on hearing from citizens thought County Judge, Tim Lapham, did speak and run the hearing.
