The 2016 District 11 4-H Food Show and Food Challenge Competition was held on Saturday, February 6, 2016 in La Grange, TX. Nine Austin County 4-H members competed in Food Challenge. 
Participants had 40 minutes to prepare a dish from ingredients given to them at the time of the event and then give a presentation over how they prepared the dish and the nutritional components of it. Congratulations to all of the members pictured below!
