Sealy, TX – On April 1st from 5-7 pm, Sealy ER will be celebrating its one year anniversary. The anniversary highlights Sealy ER’s commitment to top emergency medical care, and its commitment to the community through in-kind donations such as First-Aid care at local events such as the Sealybration in July and the Jingle Bell Fun Run, as well as, sponsorship and support at events such as the Sealy’s Annual Downtown Boo Bash. As part of its celebration, Sealy ER will be honoring the Sealy ISD School Board. The celebration will take place in the entrance of Sealy ER and the community is invited to attend.
Since it first opened its doors on March 1st, 2015, Sealy ER became the first 24-hour freestanding emergency room in Sealy, TX-treating both pediatric and adult patients. Now more than 3,700 patients have sought emergency medical care at Sealy ER care for almost everything including illnesses, strokes, heart attacks, extreme allergic reactions, lacerations, fractures and other serious injuries.
Sealy ER’s 6,000-square foot modern facility is located on 1036 N. Circle St., Ste. 101 and is staffed by Board Certified Physicians and Emergency Room Trained Nurses, LVN’s, Paramedics, Radiologic Technicians and Staff. This state-of-the-art emergency care center is fully licensed with the state, and is equipped with a CT Scanner, X-Ray Machine, Full Lab, Ultrasound, six treatment rooms, an ambulance arrival and departure area, and a Trauma Room. Sealy ER also accepts most major commercial insurance carriers.
Sealy ER was founded by Dr. Kannappan Krishnaswamy and his wife, Jothi, who are committed to meet the medical needs of the surrounding communities in Sealy, Columbus, Bellville, Eagle Lake, Industry, and Brookshire.
