What We’re Looking For

• An outgoing, positive, and customer-focused personality.
• A genuine interest in luxury goods and a strong willingness to learn.
• Comfortable communicating with and engaging customers from different backgrounds.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment
• Able and willing to work on weekends.
• No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assess the authenticity, condition, and market value of luxury goods across various brands.
• Research current resale prices, market demand, and industry trends to support accurate valuations.
• Provide customers with professional quotations and explain valuations clearly.
• Deliver friendly and attentive service while building strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Work closely with internal teams on pricing, purchasing, and other operational matters.
• Assist with other retail and operational duties as required.

Working hours:

• 5 days work week roster, 8-10 rest days per month
• 10am to 7pm

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,200.00 per month

Career progression:

Trainee → Appraiser → Assistant Store Manager → Store Manager → Assistant Manager → Manager

Salary Progression:

Japanese Speakers

• During 4-month probation: S$3,500/month
• After probation: S$3,700/month
• After passing the Appraisal Assessment: S$4,000/month

Non-Japanese Speakers

• During 4-month probation: S$3,000/month
• After probation: S$3,300/month
• After passing the Appraisal Assessment: S$3,700/month

Training & Language Support

• Comprehensive training provided, no prior experience required.
• Training materials and our internal learning portal are primarily in Japanese.
• Non-Japanese speakers are welcome to apply and may use translation tools during training and work.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,200.00 per month
