Methodist Weekday Child Development Center is seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Preschool Lead Teacher to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with young children and creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must pass a background check
• Experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old
• CPR and First Aid Certification required
• Flexible schedule and dependable attendance
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to provide a positive and caring classroom environment

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and care for children in a safe and nurturing manner
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff
• Follow all center policies and state licensing requirements

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
