The Khoury Automotive Group operates 21 dealerships throughout Texas, carrying 11 brands, including: Buick, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, Ford, GMC, Hyundai, Jeep, Mazda, Ram and Toyota.

Open Position: Certified Ford Technician, East Bernard, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Valid ASE or Manufacturer Certification (required)
• Minimum 40+ flag hours on weekly basis
• Demonstrated desire to learn new processes and adapt quickly
• Communicate status of repairs clearly to Service Advisor
• Commitment to delivering world-class customer service
• Communicate with parts department to obtain necessary parts
• Document all repairs performed
• Document all materials used
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner
• Demonstrated ability to work well with others and be a team player
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations such as the disposal of hazardous waste

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum three years of dealer-level experience
• Completion of vocational program preferred, but not required
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation:

**Pay range is based on highly qualified candidates whose flag production meets or exceeds the established production standards**

If ASE certified in all areas, 2 weeks paid vacation after 90 days.
