Overview

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive high-end vehicle sales. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire sales process, develop strategic sales initiatives, and cultivate strong relationships with clients. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining a vibrant sales pipeline, enhancing customer experience, and achieving dealership goals.

Duties

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective coaching and support.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing customers.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer information, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct B2B (business-to-business) outreach, including cold calling and networking, to expand the dealership’s market reach.
  • Oversee inventory management and inventory control processes to ensure optimal stock levels for high-end vehicle sales.
  • Deliver engaging public speaking presentations at events or dealership meetings to promote vehicles and dealership services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or dealership management with a focus on high-end vehicles.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B sales, outbound calling, and building a robust sales pipeline.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse clientele.
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking capabilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math skills.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Experience in automotive inventory control, marketing strategies, and retail math is preferred.

Pay: $67,244.23 - $80,982.29 per year
