19. Discussion and possible action to authorize city manager to enter into an agreement with Frank Surveying Company and Town Park Center for the city’s portion of funding survey costs related to deed dedication and supporting documents for the IH-10 frontage road.

20. Discussion and possible action to accept a deed for property for the construction of the frontage road along the north side of IH-10 between Highway 36 and Rexville Road.

Discussion and possible action to authorize the City Manager to record the accepted deed and upon recordation transfer the deed from the City of Sealy to the Texas Department of Transportation for the property for the construction of the frontage road along the north side of IH-10 between Highway 36 and Rexville Road.
