Commissioner Douglas King Honored by Texas House and Senate [VIDEO]

On Tuesday February 5, 2019 former Austin County Precinct 4 Commissioner Douglas King was honored by both the State Of Texas House and Senate. Commissioner King was tragically killed on December 17, 2018 in a work accident while repairing a piece of equipment with some of his crew. Senator Lois Kolkhorst introduced SR 125, honoring King while Representative Ben Leman introduced H.R. 171. In attendance during these readings were the King family as well as friends and staff from Austin County.
