A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF SEALY, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AND THE CITY SECRETARY TO ATTEST AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT ASSISTANCE BY AND BETWEEN CITY OF SEALY POLICE DEPARTMENT, BLINN COLLEGE, AND THE COUNTY OF AUSTIN, TEXAS; REPEALING ANY POLICIES AND PRACTICES, WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCONSISTENT OR IN CONFLICT WITH THIS RESOLUTION; TO BECOME EFFECTIVE UPON PASSAGE.
