A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEALY, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A PIPELINE RELOCATION AGREEMENT FOR PHASE II BETWEEN THE CITY OF SEALY AND OASIS PIPELINE, LP, AS PART OF THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION IH-10 FRONTAGE ROAD CONSTRUCTION PROJECT.
13. Discussion and possible action to approve an ordinance of which the caption reads:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEALY, TEXAS HEREBY AMENDING CHAPTER 66, ARTICLE l OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF SEALY, BY REPEALING SECTION 66-2 AND REPLACING IT WITH A NEW SECTION 66-2 “DISCHARGING FIREARMS PROHIBITED”; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF ANY PROVISION HEREOF; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT OR IN CONFLICT HEREIN.
