WILLOW PARK, Texas — The No. 14 Blinn College men’s golf team placed sixth at the NJCAA District II Championship at Squaw Creek Golf Course Tuesday.
“It was a real struggle the first day with a constant 30 mile per hour wind that gusted to 40 miles per hour on a very tight course,” head coach David Johnson said. “We came back strong today with a team score of 292. Cameron Gray played well all three rounds, and John Baker competed hard all three rounds.”

Gray tied for ninth place after shooting a pair of 76s on the first day and a 2-under-par 69 today.
