Netflix is moving beyond streaming and into the real world with its first two permanent Netflix House locations. These year-round entertainment and shopping destinations are designed to immerse fans in their favorite shows and films while offering themed attractions, food, and exclusive merchandise.

Opening Dates and Locations

The debut will begin at the King of Prussia Mall in Philadelphia on November 12, 2025, followed by a second launch at Galleria Dallas on December 11, 2025. Both will operate as permanent fixtures rather than temporary pop-ups. A third location in Las Vegas is already in the works, expected to open by 2027.

Expanding Beyond Streaming

With Netflix House, the streaming giant is creating physical spaces where fans can interact with their favorite series and characters in ways that go beyond simply watching on a screen. By combining immersive experiences, dining, shopping, and live events, Netflix is deepening its cultural presence and building stronger connections with its global audience.

This expansion also helps Netflix diversify its business model as competition in streaming grows. The company’s investment in themed entertainment shows its intent to secure long-term brand loyalty while cementing its place in pop culture.
