We are seeking a motivated and professional Flexologist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about fitness, wellness, and helping clients improve their quality of life through assisted stretching.

This is a part-time position, with opportunities for growth based on performance.

Schedule:

• Up to 5–6 hours per day
• Must be available for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
• Studio hours:
• Weekdays: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Weekends: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Weekend availability is required

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretching sessions
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Ensure clients are scheduled for their next session before leaving
• Maintain accurate session notes after each appointment
• Follow all studio policies and operational procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
• Participate in team meetings and training

Qualifications

• Background in fitness, kinesiology, personal training, physical therapy, or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor and client-focused attitude
• Ability to work in a structured, team-oriented environment
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable

Physical Requirements

This position is physically active and requires the ability to perform the essential functions of the role, including:

• Standing and moving for extended periods (5–6 hour shifts)
• Assisting clients through guided stretching techniques using hands-on interaction
• Applying and controlling resistance and pressure during assisted stretches
• Lifting and supporting a portion of a client’s body weight during sessions
• Repetitive use of upper body, including arms, shoulders, and hands
• Maintaining proper form and technique throughout multiple sessions per shift
