Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Drywaller to assist with a multi-building construction project in New Ulm, TX and surrounding area. This role will involve hanging drywall, mudding, taping, sanding, and finishing interior walls and ceilings to a high standard.

You'll be working with a small team across several buildings on site. Ideal candidates take pride in clean, professional finishes and efficient job site workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Hang drywall sheets on walls and ceilings
• Tape and mud seams and corners
• Apply multiple coats of joint compound
• Sand surfaces to achieve smooth finishes
• Repair drywall imperfections or damage
• Prepare surfaces for painting or finishing
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications

• Previous drywall experience preferred
• Ability to tape, mud, and sand drywall to a smooth finish
• Familiarity with drywall tools and materials (must have own hand tools)
• Ability to lift and install drywall panels
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Preferred Skills:

• Texture application
• Basic framing or carpentry
• Experience working on residential construction sites
