We are a small automotive shop of 5 (including myself, the owner) performing automotive maintenance and performance modifications. Fluid flushes, brake jobs, suspension, wheels & tires, timing service, clutch jobs, fabrication, diagnostics, custom solutions, aftermarket wiring, and more. Our shop is known internationally for our work with Miatas but we get many other projects in that are not Miatas. We are currently looking to add one more to our team.

This position is for an advanced automotive performance technician with welding and fabrication skills.

Requirements are as follows:

-Present and ready to work by open (8am)

-Has their own toolbox with an exceptional selection of tools

-Completely autonomous requiring little to no help to perform job duties

-Capable of performing diagnostics and wiring tracing

-Must be able to perform advanced & heavy duty work & maintenance

-Capable of lifting 50lbs

-Capable of working in non-AC shop environment throughout all times of the year

-Must keep their workspace in a clean and orderly state

-Competent with using hand tools, power tools, automotive jacks, jack stands, and lifts safely

-Talk to customers regarding project details on an as-needed basis

-Knowledge of performance aftermarket is REQUIRED

-TIG welding (aluminum and stainless) fabrication skills are REQUIRED

-Soldering and wiring skills are REQUIRED

Our shop operates on dual pay rate with flag hours and some hourly work (cleanup, etc.). Parts discounts, availability to work on your own cars using shop equipment, and more.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
