The Sealy Police Department put out a public notice of traffic changes happening for I-10 in Sealy on March 24th. The press release stated:

The IH-10 Westbound Frontage Rd and U-turn will be closed beneath the IH-10 BNSF Overpass the night of March 24th to allow for the demolition of the existing overpass. A detour will be implemented for Ward Bend and Kersten Rd. Thursday night beginning at 7:00 PM and will be in effect until Friday morning ending at 5:00 AM. Message boards, signs, and police officers will be in place during the operation and detour. Attached is an illustration of this detour pattern which opens the US 90 intersection for traffic and opens the EBFR between BNSF and US 90 to 2-way traffic allowing for access to Ward Bend and Kersten Rd.
