Brianna Gallaher, a sophomore at Faith Academy, repeated her title win as the Tapps 1A State Cross Country Champion. The meet was held on Saturday October 29, 2016 in Waco at the Waco High School. She competed against 63 other runners from 20 other schools. She led the entire race and finished 35 seconds ahead of the 2nd place running a 12:23.
She is also Faith Academy’s Player of the Week.
