Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Services in Austin and Colorado Counties, in collaboration with Texas Parks and Wildlife, is hosting an educational event titled “Feathers, Furs, and Farming: Pond Management.” The workshop is scheduled for Friday, April 11, 2025, at the Weimar Civic Center, located at 1754 IH-10, Weimar, Texas 78962.
This program will offer valuable insights into effective pond management techniques, covering essential topics such as pond restocking, aquatic vegetation management, and overall pond maintenance. Attendees will have the opportunity to bring fresh samples of aquatic plants for identification by experts.
