Blinn College men’s basketball kept No. 5 San Jacinto College-Central within striking distance the entire second half but still fell 92-84 Saturday evening inside the P.E. Building.

Blinn College women’s basketball dug itself a hole in the second quarter and was never able to recover in a 68-60 loss to Jacksonville College Saturday afternoon inside the P.E. Building.

Blinn College men’s basketball played loose and above the rim in a 96-64 victory over Lone Star College-Tomball Wednesday night inside the P.E. Building.

The offense was working well all night for Blinn College women’s basketball and the defense stepped up in the second and third quarters to help the Buccaneers to a 76-55 victory over Angelina College Wednesday evening.

With the game tied at 68-68 and 7.8 seconds left, Blinn College men’s basketball point guard Juwan Green split the Navarro College defense and hit a layup as time expired to give the Buccaneers a 70-68 victory Saturday evening inside the P.E. Building.
