Parental input is essential in shaping students’ educational experiences. By sharing their perspectives, parents help the district recognize strengths, identify areas for growth, and refine programs to better meet students’ needs. This collaboration ensures a responsive and evolving educational environment.
Each year, 50% of Bellville ISD’s A-F rating from the Texas Education Agency is determined by community feedback on how well the district cultivates these qualities in students. To gather this input, BISD invites parents and guardians to participate in the Local Accountability Parent Survey, available in both English and Spanish.
The survey, conducted through Google Forms, asks parents to rate their responses on a scale of 3 – Agree, 2 – Neutral, and 1 – Disagree. To ensure accurate and fair feedback, participation is limited to one survey per person.
Families are encouraged to visit www.bellvilleisd.org to complete the survey. Your feedback plays a direct role in shaping the future of education beyond test scores.
Bellville ISD is committed to developing well-rounded learners. This commitment is reflected in the district’s mission:
“Bellville ISD, as the center of public education in our community, partners with students, staff, parents, and the community to cultivate relevant learning experiences so that each individual is empowered by their unique gifts and interests.”

- Recognizes and Applies Unique Gifts and Strengths
- Values Learning and Personal Growth
- Thinks Critically and Creatively
- Exhibits Character and Kindness
