The following individuals were arrested and booked into Austin County Jail Friday, December 5, 2014 – Thursday, December 11, 2014.  This list is obtained from the Austin County Sheriff’s Department.

Isaac Abel Rodriquez was arrested 12/6 by ACSO for Public Intoxication, bond was set at $500.

Anthony Eugene Brown was arrested 12/8 by ACSO for two counts of Aggravated Assault causing serious bodily injury and one count of Assault causing bodily injury, a bond was issued for each charge; 2 – $50,000 and 1 – $10,000 bond.

Stacy Betancourt Hernandez was arrested on 12/8 by ACSO for Theft >=$50 < $500,  bond was set at $2500.

John Dwayne Green was arrested 12/8 by Bellville PD for two counts of No Drivers License (When Unlicensed), 2 counts of No Liability Insurance, 4 – $500 bonds were issued for each offense.

Willie Charles Edwards was arrested 12/9 by Sealy PD for Driving Without A License While Previous Conviction Suspension, Expired Driver’s License and Failure To Appear, bond was set at $1000, $500 and $500.

James William Barnett was arrested 12/9 by ACSO for sex offenders duty to register life/annually, CPF/No Liability Insurance and CPF/Driving While License Invalid.  For the first offense, a bond of $50,000 was set, there was no bond issued for the other two offenses.

Wayne Louis Houston, Jr. was arrested 12/9 by ACSO for Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle.  Bond was set at $50,000.

Jason Robert Pearce was arrested 12/9 by ACSO for Unlawful Use of a Criminal Instrument or Mechanical Security Device.  Bond was set at $5000.

Rodney Dwayne Davis was arrested 12/9 by Wallis PD for Speeding (Exceed Prima Facie Limit) – 75 MPH, Speeding (Exceeding Prima Facie Limit) – 49 MPH and, CPF/Permit Unlicensed Person To Drive.  $500 bonds were issued for the first two charges, no bond was issued for the third.

Alexander Thomas was arrested 12/11 by San Felipe PD for Theft of Property >=$20 < $500 By Check.  Bond was set at $1500.

Tonya Sens was arrested 12/11 by Bellville PD for Theft of Property >=$1500 < $20K.  Bond was set at $15,000.
