**UPDATE**  The courthouse has power restored but, phones and internet are down.  Repair crews will not be able to get the issue fixed on the tower until the weather subsides due to additional possible lightning strikes.  The earliest things are planned to be restored is on Monday, April 10, 2023.  We will update this story as more information becomes available.
