The Austin County Commissioner’s Court had a special meeting on Friday February 12, 2016 at 9:00 AM to discuss the solid waste compost facility proposed to be built in Austin County by SouthWaste Disposal, LLC, from Houston. The following video is of those proceedings.

near the intersection of Bartlett Road and Brazos 10 Lane, in Precinct 4 and action as
