On 4/22/2015 at 10:06 a.m., and Austin County Sheriff’s Office Deputy responded to a report of a drowning that occurred in the Sealy area. Upon arrival, the Deputy found the body of an elderly woman who was deceased. Austin County Investigators arrived at the location and at this time, the death is under investigation by the Austin County Sheriff’s Office.

The name of the victim has been released as Mildred Meyer, Age 86. The responding agencies were Austin County SO, DPS, Constable Pct4, JP4, EMS & San Felipe/Frydek Fire Dept. There is no further information available at this time because the case is under investigation.
